IVF or In Vitro Fertilisation is the artificial means to have a baby. Couples having infertility issues resort to IVF to have a child of their own. In IVF the egg from the female and the sperm from the male are taken and fertilised outside the woman’s body by artificial means and then again placed back in the woman’s womb to attain pregnancy. But this process doesn’t guarantee pregnancy. But there are many ways by which you can be better prepared and more prone to get pregnant. ·         Ayurvedic diet- The main idea is to have better nutrition in your diet. You should start eating healthier and regularly have home style food. This diet has been observed to increase the fertility of the women and they result in positive pregnancies.
·         Folic acid-Folic acid supplements and food which contain natural folic acid should be consumed on a regular basis. By starting this course six months prior to your treatment you will increase the chances of you getting pregnant to a great deal. You should continue taking it even after you get pregnant as it reduces the risk of certain neurological disorders in the babies.
·         Vitamin D-This vitamin is extremely important in removing infertility. As more and more people have started staying indoors their vitamin D level in their body decreases. Start getting vitamin D supplements to remove any deficiency in your body.
·         Yoga-This is a very easy and useful method. You can distress your body and help you relax. Infertility can cause a lot of stress in your mind and it can play a big role when you try to conceive the next time. So it is better to keep your mind calm and peaceful during the wait to increase the chances.
